1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We are unable to accept returns of opened products due to the nature of dietary supplements and applicable health and safety regulations, unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products.
- Products returned after the 30-day window.
- Products that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you received a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including any return shipping charges in such cases.

6. Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (change of mind, etc.), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.
For defective or incorrectly supplied products, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase, within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
Shipping charges paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable for standard returns, unless the return is due to our error.
8. Cancellations
